“The Innovative Technology Education Fund is excited to announce that Michele Mosley, MSW, has been appointed as the new CEO, succeeding Charmaine Smith, who has dedicated 11 years of exemplary service to the foundation and is now retiring. Under Charmaine’s leadership, we have achieved remarkable milestones, and we are confident that Michele will continue to drive our mission forward with her innovative vision and commitment to excellence.”

Michele Mosley, MSW is a dedicated nonprofit leader with over 20 years of experience advancing philanthropic and programmatic impact across the St. Louis region. Most recently, Michele served as Director of Philanthropy at YouthBridge Community Foundation, where she led efforts to inspire and support philanthropy by cultivating relationships with donors, nonprofits, professional advisors, and community partners. In addition to her role at YouthBridge, Michele has served as a consultant with Let’s Build Hope, guiding nonprofit organizations in building strong, sustainable grants programs.

Michele serves on the boards of East Side Aligned and the St. Louis Council of Charitable Gift Planners, and as a member of the St. Louis Metropolitan Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., where she is an active volunteer on the Education Committee. 

A native of Chicago, Michele earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis. Outside of work, she enjoys art, live music, traveling, and spending time with her husband, two children, and a growing roster of pets.
